The Application Process
To apply to volunteer you will need to:
- Book into Revive 2023 (if you haven’t done this already click here). You will need your booking reference, (eg 95XYBZ5R).
- Click on the ‘Apply to Volunteer’ button above and insert your reference.
As well as filling out the form, you will need to send us a photo of yourself for your ID card (send to: revive@ichthus.org.uk) and if volunteering for the first time we will need church leader and personal references. The forms will be sent automatically to your selected referees when you complete your application, however please do confirm with them that they have received them.
Once we have received your application and references, we will send them to the relevant team leader. We will let you know whether you have been successful in your application as soon as we can. It is likely that some teams may become oversubscribed – in this case we will contact you to discuss alternative opportunities.
Every applicant will be given the opportunity to self-disclose any previous criminal history. This information will be held in the strictest of confidence and you will be contacted separately to provide this information, rather than being ask to provide it on the general staff application form.
*You may also have to fill in a DBS form – a member of the admin team will contact you if this is the case. All children’s and youth workers will require valid DBS checks at Revive.
