House Cancellation Policy:
- All bookings for Revive 2026 require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking until 31st March 2026. If you book in on or from the 1st April 2026, the non-refundable deposit at the time of booking will be 30%. If we do not receive your deposit, we reserve the right to cancel your room.
- If you cancel your booking before 1st April 2026, you will lose the 10% non-refundable deposit and administration fee. We will refund you 90%.
- If you cancel your house booking on 1st April – 16th July 2026, there will be a 30% cancellation charge to cover our non-refundable infrastructure costs and administration fee. We will refund you 70%. This is regardless of when you booked in.
- Bookings are non-refundable from 17th July 2026. If you cancel after this time, you are not eligible for a refund on payments made because all details have been sent to Ashburnham and Ichthus has been charged. If you have an exceptional reason, then please send us details and we may be able to consider your case and carry the credit on your booking over to Revive 2027.
- Revive Bookings are non-transferable (i.e. cannot be transferred into someone else’s name). This means if you have booked into the house and leave Revive early, you cannot give your room to someone else at Revive, even on the last Friday night. If you do not agree to this, please do not book into a room.
- You cannot book an empty room and fill them with guests later.
- All house cancellations will be refunded after Revive.
Camping Cancellation Policy:
- All camping bookings require a 10% non-refundable deposit until 31st of March
- The deposit to confirm your booking is non-refundable, unless you are a volunteer, in which case, you will be refunded if your application is successful.
- Camping Bookings cancelled before 1st April will receive a refund minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
- If you haven’t paid the early-bird ticket in full by 23:59 on the 31st of March 2026, the standard camping ticket price will be applied to your booking.
- From the 1st April 2026 camping bookings will be charged at the standard ticket price and a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
- Camping bookings cancelled between 1st April and 16th July will receive a refund minus 30% fee.
- If your deposit hasn’t been received by the 31st of May 2026, your booking will be cancelled and your children will not be included in their streams.
- All camping bookings must be paid in full by 17th July 2026.
