We’re inviting you to join us as we take a radical leap of faith to celebrate our Jubilee Year as the Ichthus movement. Revive has always been an expression of deep spiritual fellowship; gathering people from Ichthus congregations, link churches, overseas ministries and many friends from a whole range of different church streams. This year we want to extend the invitation wider than ever, with the heart of Jesus who reaches out into the streets, lanes, highways and byways because there is room in His house for everyone who wants to be there.
We are also inspired by the true heart of Jubilee – freedom and opportunity for everyone, restoration and hope. With this in our hearts, we have prophetically called Revive 2024 ‘Fearless and Free’ (from Luke 4, Isaiah 61 and Leviticus 25) and we are making a bold invitation. We are offering the chance, for one Revive only, for campers to book into Revive for only 10% of the usual fee, which means a 90% reduction on your ticket price!
Then we are asking people to consider making a freewill offering or donation.
Why are we doing this?
- To reassert Ichthus as a faith movement.
- As a prophetic response to the cost of living crisis
- Because this invitation will enable people on low incomes to come to Revive 2024, and step into the ‘Reviving’ rest of the Jubilee.
We do not have a specific pot of money set aside for this. All our infrastructure, food, venue and people costs remain the same as previous Revive camps (with inflation increases) but we really believe this is what God is calling us to do in faith. In the context of Christian camps under immense pressure, this is a prophetic statement about the future of Revive.
How does the Jubilee Camping Invitation work?
- Campers can book in for 10% of the usual cost as a non-refundable deposit.
- A 90% reduction will then be applied to your booking. Your booking summary will show how much this reduction is.
- You may then give a freewill offering or donation, as you are able.
- If you had already begun setting money aside, please proceed as you planned to, and you are obviously welcome to give the 90% as a freewill offering / donation. If you do this, we will contact you to see if we can claim gift aid on your gift.
- If you have a heart for this Jubilee vision, and want to give ‘above and beyond’ the cost of your booking, this will enable those in financial difficulty to come to Revive and receive God’s generosity.
- The Jubilee Camping Reduction is available until 31st May 2024. From 1st June 2024, standard camping prices will apply.
Giving to the Revive Jubilee
- You can include a donation in your booking. Anything you pay above the 10% will be considered a donation and if you are a taxpayer, we may be able to claim Gift Aid on this (you may need to fill out a Gift Aid Declaration – we will contact you about this).
